It was time for me to do something that would help others in their lives. I have been helping employees to move forward in their careers for over 20 years so those same principles an apply to use as we approach retirement. In this 5-week online program you will discover the next steps to help you do what you have been putting off or the things you have always wanted to do without being overwhelmed, procrastinating or feeling alone in the process.
The best thing about success is that we don’t have to do it alone. When we have a community with us, we can give and get support to help us all reach our goals as we enter our golden years. And who says we can't have a little fun reminiscing about the old days, right?
Week 1: Back to the Future Dream Exploration and Goal Setting
We will look at past dreams and goals and explore which of these you want to pursue. We will also look at areas you haven’t thought about before that will need your attention.
Week 2: Jaws Overcoming Obstacles and Planning
We all want to do something in life but life just gets in the way, right? We will address any possible obstacles and how we can overcome them. This will include habits, schedules, and anything else that could hinder us from getting things done.
Week 3: One Day at a Time Taking Action and Building Momentum
This is where the rubber meets the road. We will discuss time management, motivation, mindset, and accountability. We will discuss the reason we have our goals and what can help us keep going.
Week 4: Rocky Overcoming Challenges and Adversity
We will look at what we have done, make plan for any challenges we are having and discuss some option for us when we don’t want to keep going. Many people give up because they don’t know the secret to keep going. We will talk about that here.
Week 5: Happy Days Sustaining Success and Future Planning
This final week we will plan out our success map, reflect on what we have done, discuss options, and consider any other goals we want to set and when we will take action on them.

Tuesday 12:00 noon Discuss topic and have Q&A Zoom Call
Wednesday (all day) mid-week check in Facebook Group
Friday (all day) celebration sharing Facebook Group
Time Invested:
This is a work at your own pace. While we will have weekly videos and assignments, you do what you can do. If you do everything requested each week, you can plan on spending 2-3 hours each week to complete this program.
